Mansaf is a traditional Levantine dish that consists of lamb cooked in a fermented dried yogurt sauce and served with Mansaf rice made of mixed spices. It is a popular and widely recognized dish throughout the Levant, and is considered the national dish of Jordan. Mansaf can also be found in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Syria.
